Major thanks to Lee for evaluating our home, preparing a budget-friendly quote and scheduling our foundation repair. The crew arrived on time, Noe and Adan, answered our questions and offered information on what to expect after the work was completed. I am impressed by the care that was taken during this process: planning, working and clean up. I have already recommended Brown foundation repair to a family member.

Brown Foundation was fantastic. They saved our foundation (and wood flooring) from needing repair by installing a proper drainage system around the house. It was pricy, but not nearly as pricy as the foundation/flooring repair would be five months down the road! Our supervisor Harold was great. He came out to our property several times to answer my many questions and make sure we were getting exactly what we needed. The work was neat and well-done. The only issue we had was not being told we needed electric work (it was on the estimate but not discussed, and we had to make a few calls to get it to happen) and the original placement of the pop-up valve was unwise (pooled water on the sidewalk instead of draining to the street). But any home project will have some bumps and miscommunications - the big difference is that Brown fixed these problems quickly and professionally. Brown fountain did a phenomenal job. I had Tony come and look at my foundation and right off that bat he told me what would be needed done and also see what I was able to work with. Great service extremely professional as well the work crew. I still have work on my forever home to be done and will definitely use them again.

Tony and Tim came out and conducted the evaluation of my 60+year old home. They were polite, professional and very candid in the information given. I appreciated the honest and informative experience and will more than likely be using them in the future. I would definitely recommend them.

Lee Wormington came to inspect my foundation problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He went out of his way to explain serval things in a way I could understand. He was pleasant and easy to talk to.

I worked with Lee Wormington at Brown Foundation repair to repair and level my 100 year old foundation. I can't say enough good things about Lee, Brown Foundation, and the team that addressed my home. From coordinating with the engineer to follow and address the specs outlined in the engineering document, establishing a plan that mitigated water going underneath the home, Lee and team did an amazing job. I would recommend them for any foundation needs.

From start to finish the Brown Organization did a good job. Over 22 years ago Pat Rodriquez helped me with foundation issues from when I first bought the house. Now just within the last 6 months, he was willing to help me figure out what needed to be done and put together a plan. The plan required a lot of work but Miguel Bonilla directed and empowered his team (Julio Andrade and staff) and (Simon Gonzales and staff) to step up and complete the job as if it was their own house! Their attention to details was also impressive. Last but not least thanks to Lauren and the gals in the office! JOB WELL DONE!

Brown completed our foundation repair and their part of the job seems to be done well, ( previous work done by them 10 years ago is still good), but those that they hired to put my yard & landscaping back did not perform well. On the day of the job, the first person to show up at our house could not speak English which was disconcerting and we were not able to communicate much with him. The office staff was nice & helpful every time that I spoke with them, but they did not adjust our bill as I was told they would do after I spoke to them on 2 separate occasions. I will call them a third time. They were to adjust our payment down $400 for the mess of how the yard was left & the next time that they came out to complete the rest of the house, they were going to try to correct the problem. Lee, who assessed the property & gave us the estimate, was patient, knowledgeable & helpful.

I heard about Brown on the radio. After setting up an appointment, Tony came over, did an inspection and provided a quote. We had also consulted other companies (less expensive ones too) but decided Brown was our best option. Everyone (office people, sales people and crew) was very responsive and easy to work with. Noe and the whole crew were absolutely amazing! They were extremely courteous and professional, and kept us informed of everything they were doing at all times. They also answered every single question we had and never seemed annoyed by it. Once the work was finished, they made sure everything was clean and up to our satisfaction. I will definitely recommend Brown ?
